Project Runway Viewing Parties Celebrate Season 9 Designer Fallene Wells
Fashion Denver is thrilled to partner up on the Season 9 Project Runway viewing parties as we celebrate Denver designer Fallene Wells!
DENVER—Project Runway viewing parties are back at Beauty Bar this summer, offering Mile-High fashion fans the chance to cheer on Denver designer and season 9 contestant, Fallene Wells. Beauty Bar has partnered with Team Mondo and Fashion Denver to celebrate Fallene’s national television debut on Thursday, July 28 at 6:00 pm for the premiere of Project Runway season 9.
Last year, Denver rallied around Mondo Guerra, the city’s first designer to make it onto Project Runway. The weekly viewing parties drew energetic crowds of fashion enthusiasts eager to share in the excitement and drama of the popular reality design show. This year, Beauty Bar and Team Mondo aim to continue that tradition by offering Denver a fun and colorful venue to enjoy the show while supporting its growing fashion community.
“The support and encouragement that I received from last season’s viewing parties meant a lot to me,” Mondo shared. “I’m excited to pass along that love to Fallene and I hope that Denver fans of Project Runway can show her just how much we support our local fashion designers.”
Fallene is a self-taught clothing designer as well as a hairstylist at Voila Salon Spa and Parfumeria in Denver. Since 2007, she has organized and produced an annual fashion show called Forever Darling, which showcases and promotes local fashion designers and businesses.
Doors open at Beauty Bar for the Project Runway season 9 viewing parties at 6:00 pm with the show starting at 7:00 pm. The evening will include fun prizes and giveaways in addition to Beauty Bar’s incredible $10 Manicure & Martini special. Beauty Bar is located at 608 East 13th Avenue.
