In
town from chilly Colorado on January 14th at the Fort Mason Center
for her “Do What You Love, Love What You Do” tour, Brandi
will be offering her popular workshop to teach all those with the
hope of starting their own business or product line the nuts-and-bolts
of starting their own creative endeavor.
As
the job front looks bleak, now is the perfect time for creative minds
to start doing the things about which they are passionate. With her
class, Brandi can give them the tools they need to succeed.
“This

Starting
a creative and profitable business may seem daunting, but Brandi gives
dreamers and doers an empowering set of skills.
Known
for her motivating classes, Brandi will teach the ins-and-outs of
creating a workspace, developing brand identity, creating events and
opportunities, promoting product to boutiques, and spreading word
about a unique product.
Brandi
will also tackle the technology of a business, delving into the all-important
topics such as building a website and marketing product online.
A
dreamer and doer herself, Brandi brings over a decade of experience
to her instruction.
An
internationally recognized handbag designer, her b.shigley designs
were featured in Lucky Magazine, Asia Pacific
Arts Magazine, San Diego Magazine, and was
named 5280 Magazine’s “Top-Up-and-Comer”
in 2001. In 2002, International Design declared her
“One to Watch” and noted that “Kate Spade looks
positively prosaic next to Brandi Shigley.” Her bags a hit all
across America, and were part of an opera at Radio France and sold
in a Parisian boutique.
Now
running Fashion Denver, Brandi works with local designers,
artisans, boutique owners, and others in the field of creation to
help them connect with the community and enhance their business skills.
Creating events such as the popular Denver Fashion Markets, Brandi
knows how to unite and promote creative talent.
In
San Francisco to both inspire students in her crash course and make
music with her touring band, b.sous, Brandi will bring inspiration
both to those wanting live their own inspiration.
“Do
