From our market in 2007

Since the inception of Fashion Denver, we continue to collect clothing and items for those living on the streets so besides an opportunity to shop local and connect with designers and our stylish community, we are also offering haircuts and beard trims with Lawrence Rivera of Blank Barbers. If you bring clothes for the homeless, haircuts and beard trims are free! Let’s take care of our community!

Throughout the past 15 years, Fashion Denver has been producing fashion markets and fashion shows in the Denver area, with most of the events being in the Rino / Ball Park neighborhood, before these neighborhoods had a name. Fashion Denver’s office has been in the Green Spaces neighborhood for the past 5 years, right down the alley from where the very first HQ was in 2004 in the Benjamin Moore building.

Deb Henriksen, designer behind Equillibrium, one of the very first participants in the first-ever fashion market, says “Fashion Denver is a great hub for fashion lovers, designers, and doers to connect. Denver is lucky to have the support for fashion from FD in our community. ”

It’s so crazy that 15 years flew by so fast! We’ve not only watched the fashion community grow, expand, and thrive, we’ve also seen our neighborhood do the same! We used to have events in places that nobody would want to come down to and now these places are all the rage .” says Brandi Shigley, founder of Fashion Denver.
