DENVER, CO; The high-end fashion event of the year in Denver, bringing in 600 of Denver’s most fashionable and vibrant players, Matthew Morris Salon’s Anniversary events feature incredible designer’s collections and runway surprises every year. Whether there are models pouring out of a baroque limousine, a football field for a runway or girls being dropped off via motorcycle, the production value of the salon’s shows are always very high and unexpected. This year’s festivities will sweep all previous under the rug!
Perfecting the night will be a runway presentation featuring knockout designs from The Blonds. The Blonds
We first heard about 
Growing up, I always loved beautiful things. I was a pianist and cellist at young age, and I always enjoyed dressing up for my performances. In this way and more, fashion has always been integral to my life, but I never thought it could be my career until 2013, when I quit my job and traveled the world as part of a soul-searching journey. I read a biography of Alexander McQueen during this time, leading me to pursue a tailoring apprenticeship in Taiwan. Within three months of training, I won Elle Magazine’s New Talent Award, had my first runway show, and began an exhilarating journey working as a designer in France, Los Angeles, and, finally, New York City. I have been living my dream ever since. 
I first met Shanelle Lyn Price at the New Years Eve fashion show that I emceed. She took my short doo and curled it up, adding body and fun to it. We became instant friends. Right before I emceed Artopia, she gave me another cut and added some flair as I grow out my short doo. I’m hooked! 
When did you discover your passion for cutting hair?
I went to Xenon International School of cosmetology in 2001. I graduated and worked for Charlie Price at Planet Laboratories in Cherry Creek where I discovered my true love for hair and high fashion. I am a master colorist and have training in Aveda, Redken and was an educator for Ibella. I continue my education quarterly which is very important to me. I’m certified through Cinderella Hair Extensions and Brazilian Blowout. I learn everyday from other amazing and talented stylists and honestly by
