What’s happening in our old retail location?

Brandi Shigley, dreamer/doer and award-winning proponent of small businesses has been hard at work transforming the former Fashion Denver retail storefront into a shared creative workplace.

Harnessing her vision to build a space as unique as the people who fill it, Shigley has partnered with designer/builder, Brad Benefiel of Benefiel Design on her renovation of 1070 Bannock Street, Suite 150 (lovingly referred to as “The 150”). The modern, tailored design is focused on cultivating ideas, creativity and entrepreneurial spirit.

Shigley describes the new culture of The 150: “The space will feature ONLY positive businesses that can thrive from each other (no Debbie Downers). We are not there to compete. The space itself, formerly a retail vehicle for local designers, has been transformed into three unique pods, each one specially handcrafted to reflect the brand and personality of its … Read more!
