Tuesdays at Fashion Denver

Wheeeew! We are all diligently working on our computers.

Monchel has been designing a wonderful new inventory system to keep track of all of our designers fashions in the shop.

Stephanie has been designing the fall fashion market printed materials for Revolution…

and I’ve been doing the logistic stuff of coordinating our event along with keeping up with the demands of day to day business ownership.

I’ve definitely been strapped down to my seat. I should have a seatbelt on my seat to keep me from being distracted!

Meanwhile, we’ve had lots of costume shoppers and gift buyers in today. Just another typical fun day at Fashion Denver!… Read more!

Byers-Evans House Theatre Company presents “An Evening With Edgar Allan Poe”

We are so excited to pass along the information for this spooky tale of adventure for our friends over at the Byers-Evans House Museum.  In case you don’t know, we hold our fashion markets at the Grant-Humphreys mansion and that mansion is in partnership with Byers-Evans. As much as we can, we raise money for the educational programs at these respective houses, to keep history alive and to keep children interested in our own history.

And, now without further ado……

Halloween at Fashion Denver

It’s no secret that we LOVE to celebrate Halloween pretty much the entire month of October and we’re gearing up for the fun season with a few items at Fashion Denver that will get you ready!

Designer Katie Wells of GiddyUp, just dropped off about a dozen costumes for adults and children.  Her whimsical designs are sure to make your costume stick out from the rest! Be a Killer Bee, or The Girl that got Shot Out of a Cannon, or a pirate princess! Stop in and see the rest of the costumes before they sell out.

Not quite into the costume thing but don’t want to go out completely normal? Try a WINGBANDIT! These cute headbands with wings come in a variety of colors and if you want, you can even get your logo or your name on them!

AND! Speaking of Halloween, our First Friday coming up in a couple days is all about the Halloween fun! Join us at Fashion Denver on First Friday as we scare it up this “Hallows Eve”!! We’re throwing down with the ghosts on October 7th in the showroom, where we’ll be having fun with the phantoms and goblins and getting in … Read more!

1) Door greeter: Greet our shoppers at the door at let them know about all of the fun ensuing inside!

2) Designer set up: Assisting designers on set up for the market day. This will include helping designers carry things in and helping them set up their booth at the fashion market.

3) Fashion show: We will need 5-6 designers who can help out behind the scenes of our 3 fashion shows. Fashion shows will take place at 1,3, & 5pm and will feature fashions from the featured designers at the fashion market.  Responsibilities include keeping all fashions organized and returning items to designers when the show is done, making sure that models are dressed and in line, and making the overall presentation go smoothly.

4) Break down: After the market is over, we will need help getting the designers packed up and to their cars as well as putting the mansion back in order.
