Designer Showroom Opportunities

One of Fashion Denver’s main objectives is to connect our local designers with the public, the media, and boutiques through a variety of channels that we can offer including but not limited to: Fashion markets, fashion shows, our designer showroom, business development and so much more.

The showroom has been functioning since April of 2009 and with the move to the new space January of 2010, we’re able to house more designers, hold more events at our space, and continue to grow our fashion community.

If you are a clothing, jewelry, or accessory designer and are looking to connect your designs with the media, the public, and boutiques, our showroom is a great place to start getting your designs out into the world.

Being featured in the showroom includes the following:

-Showcase your designs for the entire month (many designers chose to stay for several months to come)
-Be part of our monthly openings
-Have an opportunity to host your own private trunk show
-Opportunity to sell your designs to the public throughout the month
-Fashion Denver will market you through our website (average monthly hits: 8000)
-Opportunity to connect with other designers, boutiques, events and creatives around the Denver area
-Any photography that is taken in the showroom the month you are featured, you are welcome to use the images for your personal use.

A word from one of our featured designers:

I have been creating and designing for years, but I had never given much thought to actually turning my hobby into a money-making venture. I have attempted to sell my crafts at various artesian markets or boutiques with very little success; I was either told that my designs were not ‘good’ enough for their venue or that they already had too many of the same type of crafts. So when I heard of Fashion Denver, I didn’t get my hopes up that this boutique would be any different. However, at first glance, I quickly found out that this was not your normal artisan market!

Fashion Denver definitely has an air of indisputable talent and creativity and is owned by a true businesswoman, designer and doer!  Brandi Shigley, founder of Fashion Denver, is not in this business to make money off the artists – she genuinely wants the artist to succeed! It would be very easy for Brandi to pick and choose what she wants displayed in her store…but this is simply not her style. She works closely with each designer to ensure their pieces are exhibited to best show off their individuality; indeed, Fashion Denver itself is a work of art!

Brandi is always more than willing to share her business knowledge and mentor each designer on how to succeed and mold their designs into a marketable venture. She has a firm grip on social media and uses this venue to promote designers and introduce them literally hundreds of potential customers! Brandi is a true fan to each and every one of the artists; she has the tools to help them grow and expand beyond what they thought they were capable of.
