After visiting my orphanage in the Philippines last month, my heart has a new purpose and it is to share with those in need as much as I possibly can! I met a wonderful bunch of children at my orphanage and was overjoyed by the wonderful staff and their kindness.
As I incorporate this life changing trip into my life here in Denver, I couldn’t think of a more perfect way to give back to my roots AND incorporate Fashion Denver than to partner up with the Urban Angels and Studio Salon for a dress drive! I am so grateful to the Urban Angels for letting me team up with them on this project to give back to the orphanage in which I came from! THANK YOU!

Just a reminder that the Sahar Paz book reading is in 3 days! Sahar Paz will be reading out of her book, “Find Your Voice: The Life You Crave is a Conversation Away” on April 25th from3pm-5pm at the Fashion Denver Headquarters. The book reading will be free and open to the public.
In “Find Your Voice” Sahar shares the stories that not only took her voice, but brought back her voice. The book also serves as a guide for you to peel back your layers to listen and understand your inner voice. Finding your voice is not a one size fits all remedy. Sahar will share how she found the right remedy, a perfect and realistic way of living.

We are very excited about the Eco-Diaster Fashion Show tomorrow (Feb. 25) at the McNichols Building!
We are teaming up with Warm Cookies of the Revolution to bring you a thought-provoking night of fashion, music and discussions that will hopefully raise questions about our ecological future. The fashion show will showcase the innovative and cutting-edge fashion as imagined by 7 Colorado designers. This unique fashion show will take you through a creative, imaginative and a possibly political ride of how designers envision the future of our earth.
Doors will open at 6:00pm where there will be music provided by DJ Diggs, as well as an “eco-fashion mingler” where the public will get to meet the designers and chat. The night will also include speakers including Deb Henriksen of Equillibrium and DJ Cavem.

Fashion Denver and Warm Cookies of the Revolution are teaming up for the Eco-Disaster Fashion Show happening Wednesday, February 25th from 6:00-8:00pm at The McNichols Building, 144 W Colfax. The “Eco-Fashion Disaster Show” will showcase the innovative and cutting-edge fashion for our ecological future as imagined by 7 Colorado designers. This event is free and open to the public.
These 7 designers have been challenged to imagine a new way of life in a world that may not be that far away. This thought-provoking fashion show will take you through a creative, imaginative and possibly political ride of how the designers envision the future of our earth. Hair and makeup will be done by Studio Salon, 3 Little BirdsSalon and Rebelle by Tootsies.
