Denver Fashion Week (DFW) presented by Mile High Luxury Real Estate is excited to announce its new lineup of designers and boutiques. Below you’ll find tons of fresh faces that’ll present on the DFW runway for the first time, as well as our veteran designers and national brands. In addition to our lineup, we’re proud to announce that for the first time, Denver Fashion Week is partnering with Colorado Fabric to provide free materials to our local designers. This new initiative is in line with DFW’s and Colorado Fabric’s philosophy of supporting and showcasing Denver’s fashion creatives.

From DFW’s website

Colorado Fabrics owner Nada Watt has worked in the fabric industry for more than 30 years, and says she is excited to see how the fashion industry has taken off in the Denver area in recent years.

“We’ve always been excited to work with fashion designers. They are creative, forward thinking and fun. I can’t wait to see all of the fabulous creations on the runway,” she said.

Alongside our runway shows, we will once again host panels and workshops for models, designers and students. This year, we are also working with the film industry through our partnership with Denver Film Festival, of which it will DFW will coincide. In addition, DFW will also happen concurrently with Visit Denver’s annual Arts Week.

This season kicks off on November 4 with, not one, but two fashion shows — starting with the Children’s and Teen Fashion Show. From ages six to 17, models will walk the runway in clothes by designers and Denver boutiques alongside a performance by Cherry Creek Dance. This show also features our youngest designer in DFW history — 17-year-old Dalton Bidula of Shape Streetwear. The second part of the night features our local designers — a show usually on Thursday night. DFW Veterans Steve Sells, Topping Designs, Rachel Marie Hurst and Tyne Hall will debut their fall collections. New to the DFW runway this year, is local designer Allison Nicole. The young creative is one to watch and has quickly achieved acclaim locally and internationally by presenting at events like Vancouver Fashion Week.

DFW wouldn’t be complete without the iconic Hair Show. Denver’s top stylists and award-winning production team come together for a night that always turns heads. Last season we saw stylists sit models on stage and proceed to have their hair cut in front of a live audience. In year’s past, the Hair Show had live dancers and pieces that are over 10 feet tall. Expect nothing short of a jaw-dropping spectacle for this season.
