FLYERS / TICKETS: Please feel free to come by my office at Green Spaces and pick up some flyers to distribute. They are in the form of tickets and when I have been handing them out, people get excited to get a ticket! They’ll at the front of Green Spaces, but if you do come by, call me and I’ll meet you up front if I can! 303-842-7298

Overview Schedule:
8:00am-10:00 am Set Up (First come first serve on space location)
10:00pm-5:00pm Market time and open to the public
12:00pm-12:30pm Fashion Show #1
3:00pm-3:30pm Fashion Show #2
5:00pm Event ends
Load in and parking: There is a big parking lot at Rackhouse right in front. You are welcome to pull up close, unload, and park your car further afterward to make room for attendees.
Set up: Each designer must be completely set up by 9:45 a.m. Therefore, set up begins at 8:00. I’ll have coffee and bagels and bananas to help us get the day started.
Bring tables, racks, little tables, shelves, mannequins, whatever you want to make it your space. Be creative!! I find that you will get more sales with a creative set up versus just a banquet table and that’s it. If you need a table, there are tables at Rackhouse that are picnic table size.
Location of booth spaces: When you arrive you will be able to pick your spot. Every spot is pretty dang cool.
Booth Space: Anticipate a 10×10 space. Spaces are not taped off.
Necessities: Don’t forget to bring lots of business cards, your receipt book, guestbook, mirrors, your credit card square and any informational pieces about your business.
In between: Besides Rackhouse being an event space, the upstairs is a bar and restaurant with a killer brunch menu too. You definitely can kept well fed and hydrated!
Exchange of Money: You are responsible for all sales and sales tax. Be sure to have signage of what forms of payment you accept. Be sure to bring lots of change.
Drawings: Throughout the day, we’ll be holding drawing for the shoppers. What the shoppers can win are fabulous gifts from you, the designer! The gift that you give can be small or big, whatever you feel like donating. It’s best to package it up and have your business card with the gift. You can drop the gift off when you pick up the flyers or drop off your fashion show item or give to me the day of the event. This is not mandatory, just an option.
Fashion Shows: There will be 2 fashion shows throughout the day with a long runway. Our models are beginning to show up at 9am. If you want to showcase your designs in the show, you can pick your model and put them in your outfit. We are doing it this way because for this type of show, it’s just easier to coordinate everything at the event. We will have all different shapes and sizes of models so there will definitely be somebody that will rock your fashion!!! I’ll be coordinating that along with my assistants. We’ll have 8 women and 3 men.
Please note that the items for the fashion show should be ones that you don’t mind not being sold during the market. However, there have been times where the outfit was sold right off the model 🙂
Breakdown: Breakdown will begin at 5:00 p.m. Please clean up any trash and misc. whatnots around your booth.
