Sitting down with the ladies of Dandizette

We recently attended the Dandizette fundraiser for the Dumb Friends League at the Four Seasons Hotel and finally got a chance to sit down with the three lovely ladies behind Dandizette.  This stylish trio each bring their own skills and perspective into the business, creating an interactive lifestyle experience that is Dandizette, a curated lifestyle from A to Zette!

Jennifer, Stephanie and Tracy met while working at a publication together and during that time, became friends.  After they were no longer at that publication, they met for coffee and their worlds and passions collided forming a new business. They all have a background in magazines, fashion, and PR and wanted to blend all of their skills together. One of the many thing that they had in common was their love for Denver!

The Great Hallmark Makeover: HMK!

I have many memories of the Hallmark store in my local at the Aurora Mall. I would save up my allowance to buy a card for my BFF in California or buy cat holiday ornaments for our family tree. Hallmark was always our go-to gift stop. I remember the light fragrant smell of potpouri, and the friendly middle aged women that would greet me and point me in the right direction of what my gift giving sensibilities felt like seeking out.  I could spend hours in there.

Flash forward to 25 years later and the Hallmark store that I remember has transformed into the beautiful HMK! I recently visited the HMK store in Cherry Creek North at 2940 E 2nd Ave. Not knowing what to expect of the new store, I walked in and my jaw dropped and my eyes got big. There was so much to look at and so much of it was fashion related!  HMK Cherry Creek Upon walking into HMK, I was greeted by a friendly employee who immediately offered me a delicious warm cookie. I asked for a tour of the store and she took me to every nook and cranny telling me about the products and customization … Read more!
