Colorado Fashion Week Announces Location and Dates
Denver, CO, September 4, 2011: Colorado Fashion Week has officially announced the dates and locations for Colorado’s premier week of fashion. CFW announced the inaugural event dates as September 27th, through October 2nd. The event takes place in the lobby of The Temple Hoyne Buell Theatre, at The Denver Performing Arts Complex, 1245 Champa St., Denver, CO 80204. Following the fall fashion week and biannual fashion calendar, the organization is planning on a spring show in April/May. The event is organized and produced by The JTA Group, amultidisciplinary talent, development, management agency and production company.
Colorado Fashion Week is a premier fashion industry and public event, dedicated to building an economically sustainable and highly respected fashion industry in Colorado. CFW gives designers a voice and serves as a launching pad for their business; it continuously works to establish critical business growth initiatives for its designers by mentoring, training and partnering with key industry entities like fashion buyers, showrooms, magazines, fashion stylists, editors and more.

Last year we learned about a company called CRAVE, dedicated to connecting women through their nationwide set of books showcasing female entrepreneurs. We happily joined the CRAVE Community by being part of the CRAVE Denver book. This book is filled with all kinds of wonderful businesses across the Denver / metro area. From boutiques to cake shops to self defense classes, there is a plethora of businesses in this book and it truly is an urban guide to the city.
Every month CRAVE businesses gather at different CRAVE businesses for a night of connecting and supporting. This past Wednesday, we hosted the event and what a wonderful time it was. We met so many wonderful, driven, passionate women!
