Denver-based online fashion start-up Daily Impressions introducing  Prompt Flare Designs is bringing their brand of unique designer headpieces and couture accessories to the masses with the launch of their online store. The new shop, which can be found at http://dailyimpressionsl.com/, will host an ever-changing array of the one-of-a-kind artful musings of Chief Artist and Designer, Denise Dailey.

After having her designs featured everywhere from theatre productions in Los Angeles, hip-hop videos, celebrity-hosted fashion showcases, to New York Fashion Week and Atlanta beauty pageants, Dailey is excited to get her creations in front of a broadening audience of fashionistas. A Denver native, Dailey is looking forward to being a part of the growth of the art and fashion industries in the Mile-High City.

Lash Boulevard, home to Colorado’s most sought-after lash specialists and estheticians, is coming to 1204 W. 38th Avenue in the Denver’s Highlands neighborhood. With a grand opening scheduled for September 7th, the spa was built with customization in mind and provides lash extensions, lash lifts, chemical peels, facials, oxygen treatments, spray tanning, waxing and a revolutionary acne treatment program.

Jackalope Indie Artisan Fair returns to Denver July 29th & 30th

Highlighting Over 150 Trendsetting Artisans From The Handmade Community.

The Jackalope Indie Artisan Fair announces the return of its summer fair, with over 150 curated booths to fill Downtown Denver’s McNichols Building.  This free and family friendly event returns to Denver from 10am to 5pm both Saturday, July 29th & Sunday, July 30th.  Jackalope offers attendees a perfect place to find a unique gift, grab a bite from a local food truck, and participate in DIY crafting workshops.   

In addition to the 150+ indie artisans that will be selling their wares, there will also be a live music on the front lawn of McNichols, as well as a full schedule of art focused workshops for attendees to take a dip into the DIY crafting world.  Artisans will be hosting creative workshops, allowing attendees to get a better idea of the craftsmanship that goes into the one-of-a-kind handmade goods and products found at the fair.  Workshops range from free to $35 and include all supplies to take home DIY creations.  There will be activities for all ages available throughout the weekend.

The fifth annual Urban Nights Denver prepares to celebrate its fifth year at Mile High Station on Saturday, August 5th. The city’s largest outdoor urban fashion show and fundraiser will benefit at-risk youth with the theme: Threads of Promise.

Donna Crafton Montgomery serves as this year’s Gala Chair and is supported by co-chairs Jill Landman Alfond, Matthew Keeney and Matthew Morris.

“On any given night in Denver, more than 900 youth are homeless or on the verge of becoming homeless,” said Donna Crafton Montgomery, 2017 Urban Nights Chair. “This year, we are thrilled to add new beneficiaries that expand our reach into this vulnerable population providing a wide range of services that these kids need to obtain self-sufficiency and a safe life off the streets.”

This year’s charity partners include Urban Peak, The Danny Dietz Foundation and La Academia at The Denver Inner City Parish. All with the shared vision of providing critical services to the at-risk youth that each organization serves.
