A: Equillibrium

Q: Mission of your business?

A:  BUSINESS MISSION STATEMENT (word for word written in 1998, still applies today) Equillibrium is a female rider owned and operated business. We provide consumers with ethically fabricated and uniquely branded street wear. The original style, textiles, and detailing on Equillibrium products are what set them apart from competitors. We take pride in our customer service, professionalism, and competence displayed by Equillibrium representatives. In addition, the company’s business ethics applied in operations will set a standard in the clothing manufacturing and textile fabrication markets.

A: Equillibrium has been a trail blazing brand since its conception. Through perseverance, consistency, and longevity we know our reach has and will broaden. By being active with consumer education and walking the talk is our best contribution towards sustainability in all aspects of life. An alteration in behavior is 98% of what is required for change. Education is the only provider of context to invoke a change in behavior.

Q: What do you hope to get out of ReUP?
A: Equillibrium hopes to connect with like minded people, meet future allies, and transact with customers to fulfill their sustainable street wear needs.
Q: Your personal Fashion inspirations?
A: Nature, lifestyle, and calls to action for our environment are my biggest story board inspirations for a new line. Many brands have influenced shaping Equillibrium’s style and standards as I have. They range from being Yvonn Chuinard of Pataonia in Venice, CA to Alexander McQueen- and still with Sarah Burton as head designer… I’ve always been a fan of a brilliant brand. YSL, Diesel, Ralph Lauren, Givenchy are some high fashion brands I’ve always loved and then Volcom, Billabong, RVCA, and Element are a few of the lifestyle brands that come to mind as favorites past and present.
Q:  3 things if stranded on an island. :
A: 1) a knife, 2) A pot to cook with, 3) a flint to spark fire
Q:  What is your favorite thing about your brand?
A: Where it comes from and its consistency, while becoming more relevant with every passing year of growth.
