Fashion Denver Happy Hour Wednesday, April 27th

FASHION DENVER HAPPY HOUR
Wednesday, April 27th
3053 Brighton Blvd.
6pm-8pm

Fashion Denver Happy HourOften times we get a lot of questions on how to tap into the local fashion scene, what resources are available, are there volunteer opportunities, and so much more! A good place to start is by checking out our links on the right hand side of our website. We’ve got lots of resources there. AND!!! We’ll be hosting a Fashion Denver Happy Hour where we’ve invited the fashion community to come together to connect.

Join us for a gathering of fashionistas from around the city and come and learn. Beer and sake will be available for purchase. Be sure to bring lots of business cards and be ready to connect! I’ll be sharing about the history of Fashion Denver and what we offer as well as introducing different fashion community leaders.

Our happy hour will take place at the space previously known as Tengu. Right now the space is in a creative brainstorm session, but owner Johnny Klein has graciously opened it up for our private event.

We look forward to seeing you there!

The beautiful images by British photographer Gary Wallis provide a true insider’s view into rare and special moments in time.

The initial shows of designers including McQueen, Antonio Berardi, Robert Cary Williams and Matthew Williamson are captured stylishly on supermodels such as Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell. The McQueen first collection images have been hidden away unseen for over 20 years until very recently.

An interview with Glamour Bar Denver owner Lyndsay Wilson

Brandi Shigley emcees Westword's ArtopiaA couple months ago, I emceed Westword’s  Artopia fashion show White Out and to be honest, I really don’t know how to do my own makeup. I asked my friend Heather, editor of the Denver Style Magazine if she could recommend anybody that could help a sister out and without any hesitation she told me all about the amazing Lyndsay Wilson, owner of Glamour Bar. I immediately called them to get an appointment to get beautified for the fashion show.

My experience was absolutely amazing! When I walked in, I was in love with the vibe of the place. The front of the space had some clothing and accessories to peruse through and do a little shopping. And right away, you are offered a delicious beverage with Stella on tap.

I had such a fun time going from station to station getting my nails, hair, and them makeup done. The team was absolutely fabulous and made me feel like a princess! Thank you Glamour Bar!!!

I knew right away that I wanted to learn more about Lyndsay and hear the background behind this business! Read our interview with Lyndsay Wilson!  There is a special discount at the bottom for … Read more!
