Pull into the alley behind Snooze for the suitcase drop!
Did you know that oftentimes, foster children are given a garbage bag to put their belongings in and move along to their next foster home? It breaks our hearts! We’re teaming up with The Lion Project to create a SUITCASE DRIVE-THROUGH to bring love into these difficult transitions!
Please bring your gently used or brand new suitcases / rolling travel cases, or travel bags for our Suitcase Driveby! Pull into the alley behind Snooze and you will see us posted up with breakfast burritos and coffee for those who are making a donation!
If there are any items and goodies that you would like to donate for the suitcases, please feel free to drop those items off too and we’ll be sure to stuff the suitcases with your generous donations!
We’ll be posted up for 2 hours between 9-noon. If you are unable to swing by the drive-by, please contact me if you want to make a donation before or after.

Denver Fashion Week Presented by The Green Solution and Medicine Man Announces 2021 Fall Lineup
DENVER (October 22, 2021) – Since 2018, Denver Fashion Week has been Colorado’s largest fashion event. During the week-long show, emerging and established designers and boutiques from both Denver and around the country will showcase their collections’ key seasonal styles, enhanced by the work of talented hairstylists, makeup artists and models. Denver Fashion Week is incredibly grateful to this year’s presenting sponsors, The Green Solution and Medicine Man.

Join RMCAD for a return to campus and the fashion runway!
It is so amazing to see students designers emerge and celebrate the work that they’ve been creating during their time at school! We are so excited to see this show!
Join us for a virtual RMCAD Fashion Design annual showcase on Saturday, September 25. There will be delectable refreshments, door prizes, and a celebration of our community as we recognize our graduating seniors and highlight their individual talents and creative directions.

Mikaela Greene, Punk Rock Elegance
In addition, we will also be introducing our up-and-coming student designers in a group segment entitled, “Gather.” Gather has many definitions including garment construction, assembling together, and collecting items or thoughts. Come and see how each of our students have interpreted this theme in their own creative way for their Gather-inspired designs.

Outfit 1 Nothing says summer quite like a floral skirt with a cropped tank top, but even in the summer, it’s important to be prepared for any type of weather that can come our way. With the weather constantly changing in Colorado, this outfit is perfect for days where it can be a mix of sunshine, rain, clouds, and anything in between! A jean jacket is perfect for keeping warm while also staying comfortable and stylish, and it is simple enough to take off if it’s too hot. The pair of Doc Martens, or any other pair of chunky boots, provide your feet with some extra protection on a rainy day. The blue tank top and skirt add a pop of color to the outfit to keep the summer vibe alive
