To our designers that specialize in sustainability! Wendy is opening her new boutique, AGAIN! We had the privilege to meet Wendy 15 years ago when she had her first boutique, Bizare Bizarre and things are full circle as she returns to the same building she worked in 20 years ago! How cool is that?

I’m excited to share with you that my new consignment boutique, AGAIN…, will be opening soon. Located at 1513 Boulder Street in Lo-Hi, next to the dime store el five and around the corner from little man AGAIN… will be a shopping experience filled with self-realization and self-expression. AGAIN… specializes in sustainable, modern designer and vintage clothing, art and furnishings.

Denver’s Public Porch: Boutique review

Hundreds of people each day pass through the inventive RiNo District in downtown Denver observing the contemporary art galleries and music venues that express the creativity of Denver artists. It is fitting that within this hub for innovative creativity there are clothing shops that show off the creative geniuses of local Denver designers while also encapsulating the creativeness the RiNo district has to offer.
The Lions Share offers this aesthetic appeal to RiNo shoppers. Described as having Denver’s “public porch”, designer and owner of The Lions Share, Chuck Winfield uses his space to share the innovative designs produced by him and others. His line, Winfield clothing, along with other brands sold in the store gives a latter-day vibe to match the ambiance of RiNo.
Winfield started his clothing line right out of high school in Denver where he grew up being an avid skier. He is ambitious to market his designs to the public eye through The Lions Share and social media.

One of the most exciting and fun things about creating Fashion Denver back in 2004, is meeting the brains behind our local fashion companies! From designers and stylists to boutique owners, we get so inspired by what FUELS these minds and hearts and gives them the courage to go out and passionately pursue their dreams!
It was so much fun walking into the new Scout Dry Goods (formerly Buffalo Exchange) on S. Broadway and being greeted by Kelly Valentine, brains behind the company! I met Kelly through her identical twin sister Anna whom I had met back in 2004. I had followed Kelly’s adventure of opening up Scout Dry Goods in Omaha and when I saw she was bringing Scout to Denver, I was thrilled!
I wanted to find out where her passion for thrifting came from, what it was like to be a twin, what inspires her… and drum roll please… the official interview!
