Join us for a totally tubular day of summer fashion fun at Fashion Denver’s Totally 80s Fashion Camp, happening Saturday, July 26th from 10am–4pm at Thrive Arvada! Designed for kiddos ages 4–11, this all-day adventure is packed with creativity, color, and confidence-building! Campers will create neon upcycled outfits, rock fun accessories like scrunchies and leg warmers, and get runway ready with optional hair and makeup. They’ll even learn how to strut their stuff with a real professional model leading the way! It’s going to be a day of bold fashion, big smiles, and unforgettable memories. 💖🕶️🛼

We’re throwing it back to the brightest, boldest decade! Campers will learn how to take upcycled clothing and transform it into totally tubular 80s-inspired fashion—think neon, geometric shapes, and wild textures!  Got something totally 80s you wanna bring back to life? If you’ve got any rad pieces you’d like to upcycle, bring ’em along—we’re ready to work some fashion magic!

✂️ DIY Neon Makeover Stations

• Upcycle old tees, denim, and more into one-of-a-kind 80s looks

• Add fringe, puff paint, and neon fabric patches

🧦 Accessory Design Labs

• Leg warmers from old sweaters

• Scrunchie-making station with bold fabrics

• DIY slap bracelets using flexible rulers and fabric

🪩 Runway Remix

• Create a full look, name your style, and walk the camp runway to classic 80s jams

📸 Retro Photoshoot

• Pose with boom boxes, old phones, and other throwback props

• Create 80s-inspired lookbook pages for each camper to take home
