From our incredible hair and makeup artists working their magic to the lineup of talented designers and models getting ready to shine, every moment was filled with excitement and heart. A HUGE thank you to every designer, boutique, model, stylist, volunteer, photographer, producer, and supporter who helped make today's show so special. Yes, please. ✨ Last night, Denver showed up for an unforgettable evening of fashion, film, and performance as Denver Fashion Week partnered with Denver Arts & Venues for a special screening of The Fifth Element. The night featured fun performances by Cherry Creek Dance and runway presentations from Spencer Gordon, Seintana Couture, Muhtoro, and Skye Aire, each bringing their own creative vision to the stage before we settled in for a cult-classic cinematic adventure. There's something magical about gathering outdoors to celebrate art in all its forms: fashion, dance, film, and community. Woman Crush Wednesday goes to the unstoppable Nikk Woman Crush Wednesday goes to the unstoppable Nikki Strickler, producer of Denver Fashion Week and absolute powerhouse human. ✨🩷👏 Spring DFW was a beautiful whirlwind of creativity, and Nikki pours her whole heart into making it happen. From coordinating countless moving pieces behind the scenes to championing Denver’s creative community, her energy seems nearly limitless. And can we also talk about this look?! 🔥 Cool, confident, editorial energy all day long. Whether she’s behind the scenes producing or stepping in front of the camera, she brings creativity and style so naturally. Denver is lucky to have someone who works this hard to create space for designers, artists, models, photographers, and dreamers to shine. Now somebody please make this woman a snack, hand her a cozy blanket, and let her sleep for 14 hours straight. 😆💛 Thank you, Nikki, for all you do for the fashion community and for continuing to bring so much creativity and heart to the runway.
